This Store Policy applies to buyers from this website only. If Wart & Mole Vanish was purchased elsewhere, you must contact the store it was bought from and follow their returns and refunds procedure.

Wart & Mole Vanish is for EXTERNAL use only! You must be 18 years or older to purchase and use this product. Keep out of reach of children. For use on children, adult supervision is required.

Wart & Mole Vanish can cause moderate to strong stinging sensations during use. Those with immune or healing disorders must consult a physician before using this product.

 If Wart & Mole Vanish cream gets into the eyes, flush immediately with water. If unusual discomfort occurs, please consult a physician.

This product utilizes natural plant based cauterizing agents to treat skin growths. Whenever manipulating or changing the dermis one should expect that a blemish or scar may result. In most cases, use of this product will result in a minor, temporary blemish that generally fades within 30 to 90 days.

We DO NOT guarantee that Wart & Mole Vanish will not cause scars or blemishes. Results can vary with individual characteristics including but not limited to, skin type, color, age, genetic background and environment. We recommend treating individual skin growths one at a time. The chances of scaring can be greatly reduced by following our Post Treatment Care guidelines located at the bottom of each instruction guide.

Approximately 90% of first time users are successful with one application, the others will require 2 or more applications for complete results. Most problems are user application problems and are easily remedied.

Warranty, Returns & Refunds

Warranty Policy

We recommend that first time users purchase only one box and treat one skin growth at a time.  Warranty is for one box only.

If making a warranty claim, You may be required to complete a written questionnaire about your usage of the product and/or be interviewed (by phone) with our staff to determine what problem may have occurred. If remedial assistance is not successful then we will process an application for refund. Refunds normally process within 7-10 business days.

Use of other products may invalidate our warranty, please contact us before using any other product in combination with Wart & Mole Vanish.

We will expect proof of purchase and use of the product.  In order to receive customer support and warranty service, you must provide the serial number located at the bottom of every Wart & Mole Vanish package. Merchandise with missing or altered serial numbers may be stolen or counterfeit.

To ensure that you receive proper customer support and care, please be sure to purchase from an authorized Pristine Herbal Touch distributor only! To check if your Wart & Mole Vanish product is genuine, please contact our customer support team.

Returns & Refund Policy

Like prescription pharmaceuticals, we cannot accept previously opened, refused or unclaimed shipments for refund. This is because we have lost the chain of custody of the parcel and the product may have been damaged in transit or someone may have tampered with the contents. Therefore, under these conditions, there can be no refunds.

If a product has arrived damaged or if you suspect it has been tampered with please advise the courier immediately and contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. We will replace lost, damaged or defective products upon written notice.

Please do NOT refuse shipments or return them to the shipping location. Unclaimed or refused shipments will be held for 30 days pending a change ship order from you after which they will be destroyed. No refunds will be issued.

We will issue refunds under our existing warranty policy (see below) where someone has used the product and the product has failed to perform as warranted. To implement a warranty claim, you must contact us within 90 days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Care center by phone or email.

Special Return requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. If a return is allowed it must be sent back unopened, undamaged with the plastic seal around the WMV box intact. It’s a good idea to return it in a Priority Mail box with Delivery Confirmation.

Undamaged WMV kits will be refunded in full minus shipping charges.

Wholesale buyers must adhere to our selling guidelines and restrictions. These include, but are not limited to the following:

  • No selling on eBay or any other online auction houses.
  • No selling on Amazon.
  • No PPC campaigns on any search engine or any online sales unless given written permission.
